National Geographic

Since 1888, National Geographic has awarded more than 15,000 grants to individuals and organizations seeking to explore and protect our planet's cultural and natural heritage. National Geographic actively supports biodiversity research and conservation. National Geographic's Grants Program provides seed funding and support for early career individuals, as well as those more advanced in their careers, who are working to address critical challenges and advance new solutions.

National Geographic funds an international transboundary project to study and protect big cats in Central Asia. In Kazakhstan, BRCC is the main contractor of the project, which focuses on the study and conservation of the Persian leopard in the Mangistau region.
