Association for the Conservation of Biodiversity of Kazakhstan (ACBK) started its activity in 2004.

ACBK is committed to the sustainable conservation of wildlife diversity on a scientific basis, developing partnerships with national and international organizations. Since its inception, ACBK has been collecting scientific data on key species and habitats, which are further used for professional conservation planning, action, and legislation. The priority is to share knowledge with stakeholders in government, the private sector, communities, and education.
